Product Downloads

To download the product, simply click on "download". Electronic downloads require a broadband connection.

If you have dial-up, downloading is not recommended, contact Customer Service for a CD; charges apply for CD requests. Request a CD

Compatibility: Zephyr Accounting Software is compatible with the following brands: Socrates, Versapro, Zland, DIY, MadeEz, Cosmi and Phoenix. Your data will automatically transfer from your old program to your new program. Always back up your data before downloading a new product or version update.

Close your program before downloading.

STEP 1: Back Up Data

If you already have the product installed it is strongly recommended that you back up your data prior to downloading a new update. How to Back Up Data

STEP 2: Download Program

1. Download by clicking on the download icon.
   It is recommended that you use a high speed internet connection such as Cable, DSL or Wireless connections. Dial up is not recommended. If you have a dial up connection please talk to customer service about download options we have available for dial up customers. Request a CD; Charges Apply to CD Requests
2. The pop up window will appear asking you to "Run" or "Save"
3. Click on "run"
4. When prompted, select C:/ Drive to save the program.
5. Follow the prompts.
6. Click Finish when completed.
7. Close down your computer.
8. Restart your computer.
9. Click on the Professional Accounting Icon on your desktop or start menu to open the program and resume operations.
10. When prompted for a Serial Number, you will be required to enter a new Serial Number. However, until you receive that new Serial Number, you can click on "ok" and you will have a limited number of uses before the new Serial Number becomes mandatory.

STEP 3: Register the Product

1. Click on "Register"
2. Enter your company information in the Registration Form.
3. When you have completed the Registration Form, click on "submit"
4. Your registration is then submitted to our database to validate the following:
5. If you have a valid Compliance License Agreement, your new serial number will be issued by return email. In addition, you will receive your new Certificate of Compliance by separate email.
6. If you do NOT have a valid Compliance License Agreement, you will need to purchase a Compliance License Agreement. Order a Compliance License.

Note: Your Serial Number is your unique identifier and extremely confidential. For security reasons, Serial Numbers will only be issued by secure automated email in response to a computer verified registration. Customer Service representatives cannot issue Serial Numbers by telephone.
